Please do a report on where the investigation stands on the property located at 15022 Lincoln. A property Kamal bought and sold and Tiffany wanted the Village of Dolton to pay for the engineer. Kiana Belcher brought it up in a board meeting. Jamal still owns 15018, 15020, 15024, that’s still attached to the 15022 property. It’s a restaurant being built there by Tiffany Kamara and St. Patrick Kamara also known as TEK Enterprises. I believe this to be a pay to play scheme. TEK Enterprises LLC has Emporium (something) which is a huge liquor facility (hence not allowing other businesses their liquor licenses). I gave up after this! They had to answer about this to a grand jury….Let’s talk about it!

Thank you for your unearthing this mess....in my former home. blue Island next to Harvey.....i remember the complaining my folks and family (Cherokee) used to raise concerning to political systems in the south land..,.. being of one of many Cherokee/Choctaw families to settle the blue collar areas in Chicago in the 50s & 60s..., before in influx of southern refugees as they were called crowded Chicago and made to what it is today...... once the 70s -80s and 90s came....alot shifted in politics.....as we've witnessed it's unfortunate that communities suffer as always under the rule if these modern day Nazis... since my days in Chicago having family there I've on joined the services traveld settled in Berlin Germany and never looked back..... unfortunately....i do believe this will not end well for lil Wayne.
