You are onto something there. Been listening to the unguided since 2016, where my depression was at its peak. With therapy and metal it all just got so much better over the years, now I can finally enjoy life for the first time! Keep on listening and work on yourself. Take your time. After some time, it will get sooo much better, I wish you all the best. You deserve it, you are needed in this world! ❤
