The Unique AirSERBIA A330: Business Class review from Belgrade to Podgorica!

During the month of June, AirSERBIA sent their one-and-only Airbus A330-200 down to Montenegro! This little Adriatic nation neighbors Serbia, making the route very shot in flight time. As this was a one-time-only event, I couldn't resist the temptation to book a business class ticket and make my own review. Enjoy the flight!

JAT used to fly to Chicago, LA, Cleveland, Toronto, Montreal, Sydney, Melbourne, Beijing... and during the '70s there were also several Boeing 707. There's a big construction works going on these days at Belgrade airport, including new terminals, another runway, new tower and centralised security check, just after the passport control.

It was one of the inaugural A330 flights for that aircraft specifically since it was new to the fleet. Usually they don't fly that short flgihts with A330.

it depends on the date of the flight. It happens that economy class is 70 euros and sometimes 130.

Such a weird encounter with flight attendants in the end. Wtf was that? 😂 Obviously anyone watching the video knows that the video would have been taken at the end when there is a mess from passengers and that that isn’t the state of the cabin when departing. At least anyone with somewhat working brain cells. In addition, as a fellow Serbian, I am pretty disturbed with their English. What was that, girls? I’m not talking about their/our accent, I’m talking about actual sentence forms and struggle to verbalize their thoughts. As for AirSerbia in general, as a frequent flyer I can say that planes are generally outdated and crews amazing. Friendly, polite and helpful. Planes on the other hand are like everything else in Serbia - put as much makeup as possible, doesn’t matter that you have serious skin conditions. I think that as a nation we need mindset shift. Another thing that I absolutely despise is that AirSerbia behaves as a low cost airline with regular airline prices. If you fly to Cyprus (almost a 3 hour flight) you will get one bag of 20g of chips and 0,25ml water. If you want a sandwich which is bare minimum- you need to pay 2-3 euros. I find this embarrassing for a national airline and someone who says take great pride in service and becoming a region leader. Its not hard to be a leader when there are no other airlines in the area or there are - even worse. If there is one reason to fly AirSerbia it’s accessibility, routes and friendly crew, everything else is mediocre.

@@GamesOfficialKZbin you always have the opportunity to buy a bus ticket for €35 and drive for almost 12 hours over mountains and rough roads. This way you save a lot of time, but you also pay more.
