The Universe ( 2001)

This, is just a moment - now. A day, week, month a year. We are so busy, our attention drawn constantly outwards, so we do not have time to take notice of This moment of Now inside ourselves. This Now, is just a never ending moment. We postpone looking into This moment - yet, we exist and know to exist only in This Now, it is our experience telling us that - Now, is all there is. Years pass by, ten years, fifty years. A lifetime goes by and in our death bed we realise we have never left This Now. Yet, we ignore the obvious as long as we can, until it is not longer possible. What is the most important thing in your Universe?
