@@XYisnotXX In the very first moment that philosophical ignorance of scientists about the impossibility of ontological infinite regression was no longer possible due to the overwhelming evidence about the finitude and the theory of Lamaitre, you could see that they started to fallaciously attack him as a person committed to "introduce creation on science". This has been the level to postulate the false theories of cyclical universes and so on, now disguised as "multiverses" that have been clearly dismissed by people like George Ellis.

the argument for the circularity of the infinite regress assumes that the SAME egg that came from the chicken was laid by the chicken which is NOT TRUE. Different chicken lay different eggs and it's wrong to combine all chicken in one class called CHICKEN and say that it causes all the eggs that are also combined in the EGG class while at the same time claiming the reverse is true because it's not.

Only a fool will say that they are debunked. The point is that the arguments are there. Do with them what you want but don't pretend that they have been debunked like all the brain-dead pseudo intellectuals on KZbin do. Even Graham Oppy who is arguably the top atheist philosopher on the planet doesn't say they are debunked. He disagrees with one or so of their premises. It doesn't mean that he has shown any proof as to why the premises are definitely incorrect.
