Thank you for sharing. I push back from the onset, the moment a debt buyer/debt collector enters my life I respond accordingly and immediately. So far I have not be sued by them, and I have sued a few of them. Debt Buyer word salad and scare tactics. Ignorance of the law is a million dollar business for debt Buyers and creditors.

I collect public court records. They go in a database. 99 percent of defendants don't show up for court. This results in a default judgment for the plaintiff. Explain to me how this is wrong. I will wait

I don't do this anymore. However when I did do it I collected public court records. Lawsuits liens tax warrants etc. Lexis Nexis bought them and sold them to credit bureaus for inclusion in credit reports

Great video I learn a lot in your videos . I was just sent a letter from an attorney here in my home state Tx claiming to represent Webcollex which is a junk debt buyer . I sent a certified letter back to there attorney demanding validation of the debt . Well they responded and sent me BILL OF SALE AND ASSIGNMENT OF ASSESTS .. Well here is what I found after reading the BILL OF SELL , no were on the bill of sell is my name nor the account number they are claiming I owe on and at the bottom is a LOT # and a number of accounts ( which is blacked out as well as the selling price which is blacked out ) . I held the paper up to a light and can clearly read the number of accounts 788 . I can also clearly read the amount paid 2,604,249.96 . This proves it is a junk debt buyer and in the court of law they must prove the individual account they are pursuing is one of the ones bought in this lot, they have to produce title to the debt alleged not a generic BILL OF SELL AND ASSIGNMENT OF ASSETS..
