Quite intricate plot. I like it, that it's not all that easy, to a happy ever after, instead, it took quite some effort and adventures and lots of different species from different sides and worlds. Persistence and a good character go a long way.

I for real don’t know why is there people that hates “LUCK” This is a really good movie (I have seen it) and is not as cringe and based as people say, I just think they didn’t get the point of the movie, is not about her adopting the child or her getting a family, is about her embracing that her bad luck is not really a bad thing and that both good and bad moments are necessary to love in balance, and also she and the cat learning to accept them selves with all their flaws because those are a part of who they are, people just go saying “WHY DIDN’T SHE ADOPT THE LITTLE GIRL!” and isn’t it obvious, she is barely a young adult trying hard enough to manage her own live, her job and dealing with her horrible luck 😅, she isn’t in the conditions to adopt a child, im happy that the kid got carrying and lovely parents that CAN take care of her properly and that our protagonist is able to visit her constantly with the cat who got someone just like him who understand him and will be there no matter what, same as the girl, now they both are like a family, at the end of the day everyone got what they wanted from the start family, someone to be there for them, and being in peace with their own selves.

She has no family. She grew up in an orphanage. She had to leave the only safety she knew. And the housing wasn’t free it was only paid for a month by the orphanage based on how it is realistically. She’s working a basic minimum wage job that probably barely pays enough for her apartment. She isn’t very lucky.

I guess what makes me feel worse about her is how she acts so entitled to another lucky penny as if it wasn’t her fault. Sure there’s conveniently a machine which determines how lucky someone is so technically it isn’t her fault, but considering how incredibly inconsiderate she was of the cat or at the very least the penny she gets on my nerves. She basically either constantly self pity’s herself or guilt trips others and it’s not that likable
