As a serial Monk player, I've been screaming at Brennan whenever Sofia stunned someone and Brennan apparently just doesn't know what the stunned condition means. While he does recognize that it takes away movement, actions, and reactions and it gives advantage to attacks against that creature, he forgets that it makes a creature automatically fail STR and DEX saving throws and that if a creature can't take an action then they can't take a bonus action either.

This was their second full season, and mistakes get made. The bonus action thing specifically gets overlooked a ton in other media, as it’s one line in the PHB rather than mentioned anywhere in any of the Conditions listings.
