Was thinking the same thing, but when reviewing the comments all over the web it seems to be a glitch that everyone had to deal with (no idea if it has been solved yet with an update). That one empty box probably had that 50 cal in it but due to the glitch didn't put it in the inventory.

His aim isn't that great, also trying to kill those drones with that scope wasn't the best option. That is why I normally use a ASR with an open site along with a sniper rifle. Breakpoint also added breathing to the game where as Wildlands didn't have that. You pretty much only had to worry about bullet drop in WL.

well he panicked a little so yeah his aim was a bit off... but still those drones arent easy hit even when you aimed at the middle... and no he wasnt bad.. its just when some people play with a microphone on the mouth they play way worse then if they got totally focus..

Nice! Way better sniping than I could ever reach when I played Wildlands two years ago. But I think it's coz I'm generally garbage with snipers I tend to just run n gun with automatic weapons! Keep up the great content! Can't wait till the full release. Didn't get to play the beta for Breakpoint unfortunately that's why I'm getting my fix from all the uploaders showing beta content :)

The Barrett M82 & M82A1 already ARE .50 caliber “sniper” rifles. (They are chambered in .50 BMG and are actually most often implemented for anti-material purposes, not anti-personnel purposes.)

I wasn't able to base jump off of any cliffs either. I hope that is changed soon. Once I get spotted and they're fully on alert, I take my suppressor off to gain extra damage. It's pointless to use it. If I stop shooting for a while they go off of alerted status. Then I can put the suppressor back on. Try the breathing mechanic to stabilize your shots. Lying prone vs kneeling is better for long shots as well.

it's a. 338 lapua magnum the TAC50. m82a1 is standard manufacture .50 bmg sniper rifle but for some reason is chambered in .338 in this game the same as the "TAC50". The .338 is a huge caliber but not nearly as big as the .50 bmg. The .338 is the one you shoot when you dont feel like paying for the .50 bmg ammo.

What you'll have found if you'd have checked the shop. Set blueprints were already in it for people to try out. One on those was the Tac50. I e meaning you already had it unlocked so it didn't drop from the gold box.

There was a point in the beta where i just used the desert eagle. I was surrounded by 11, used floor camo got paranoid and threw 2 flash bangs then used my panther ability and unleashed pure awesomeness. I got every 11 and the feeling is like getting a high. I failed the mission but the bodies i dropped was a John Wick moment

If you are more than 150m away from your enemies, you can put the suppressor off they won’t hear the actual shot and you got a better muscle velocity and more damage with your sniper rifle. However the can still hear the bullet if you miss them just a tiny bit no matter what distance you are shooting from. I have also cleared that entire base with the Tac50 but i was way at the top where you started the video. It’s like 500m away but thats no problem if you are used to sniping.

ahah I found this spot and did a lot of 700m + sniping, you can sit up there and use the drone to highlight targets then pop em off. Every now and then a chopper comes at you so you snipe the pilot too.

In the beta I had to go to an outpost that was guarded by a skynet looking sentry gun...in that outpost was the pattern for the best LMG in the game. the constant baiting and switching was too comical for it...cant wait for the release

Wildlands i could snipe targets 650m away getting head shots any further the game wouldn't count my shots because of the poor draw distance , so you could of easily hit the base from the cliff where you started plus that far away they won't hear your shots so you don't need a silencer fitted . Rule 1 don't snipe near roads as It's easy access for backup . Rule 2 if your 400m out such as the cliff you started on the AI can't see you , in Wildlands they use to send a chopper to your exact position , Ubisoft did say in Breakpoint the AI don't know your exact location and will try and find this out giving the player advantage from sniping .

Willy. To use the parachute you need to run to an edge and probably press space or something and then press space in the air to open it P.S use the shoulder cam while aiming when your shooting someone thats close to you its going to be easier to shoot them
