the "xingchen ascends to the heavens" line always, Always kills me. this song is so incredibly sad and beautiful, i've been having it on repeat this whole day and cannot get enough of the beauty of zhou shen's voice and of the song itself, my heart literally broke in half for xue yang when i read the lyrics and just,,, breaks for him in general, you know? i thought i would hate him with the power of a thousand hellfires for what he's done to xingchen, but i physically Can't. yi city really broke my heart and soul and i will never think of it without the strongest urge to mourn all the characters involved, be it xue yang, my angel xingchen, song lan or my sweet girl a-quing. anyways, sadness aside, thank you for another wonderful 8D edit, it sends chills down my spine, it's so good! the best of luck on your next endeavours!

Honestly, everyone’s all about Xue Yang and Xiao XingChen but Song Lan still EXISTS! Yes he may not have been part of the main story, but he plays a strong role. I feel SongXiao shippers are being pressure by XueXiao shippers
