True story: First time I heard / saw him was in 2021 at a 2 round 1 day tournament at Boundary Waters in Douglasville, GA. People were talking about if him or Matt Dollar were gonna win. He went and shot -18 on BW1 (Buzzard) first round. It was rated 1094, still his highest rated round to date. He went on to win by 4 strokes. After round 1 I was with my friend in my car and asked who this mystical creature is and for him to point him out for me. He proceeds to point to Isaac who I kid you not is making a peanut butter and jelly sandwich directly ON the trunk of his absolutely covered in yellow pollen Honda Accord. It’s not quite as impressive as McBeths -18’s yet still quite insane and almost unbelievable. Even -15 on Buzzard would probably be the best touring pros would shoot over the span of a couple days. That was my first encounter with the world champ and I’ll never forget it. #pollenisthepower

The first time I saw his smooth as silk putting stroke I felt this is somebody to really watch and learn from. His very unique putting grip ,which I saw him demonstrate recently, has totally transformed my putting to a much higher consistancy.

I made it to DDO this year and Isaac seems like a nice human. Most disc golfers are. Im glad he won worlds. Hope he wins more.

I first saw Isaac when he showed up in the lead card at Portland last year. Jomez did a player profile on him then and I've been interested ever since. Not only is he as cool as a cucumber on the course but he does it all with a smile. Couldn't happen to a nicer guy.

Everytime I convince myself that "mostly backhand" dominant players are not gonna make it, I get proven somewhat wrong. I do think players like James and Isaac would be even more winning if they'd incorporate a forehand, but it's hard to argue against Isaac's tour success. Isaac has the coolest, most lethal looking putt release in the game, for my money. Just having to faceoff a confident, gunslinger putter style like Isaac's has got to get in peoples' heads, I'd rate it his top weapon.

Everything you said about Isaac sound a lot like Paul. I think he can be this generations Paul. Maybe not in terms of titles because Paul is one of a kind. Their games are very similar especially in their calm demeanor and the outside noise not affecting their games.
