He reaches out to help friends who need to get their life back together. I wish him the best. It has always bothered me when women come out and say such things, only her and the supposed aggressor know. I know it's difficult to simply get up and leave a relationship, but if they stayed to the point of panic attacks, some of this is on them also. I have never been in a physcially abusive relationship and this is because I would NEVER put up with one.

I've watched this in it's entirety. They say absolute power corrupts absolutely. It's also been said that money can't buy happiness. Getting a glimpse of the world of the super-rich makes me feel sorry for them. They're sad people who are desperately trying to fill the emptiness inside them with material possessions, sex, drugs and every kind of vice imaginable. But the harder they try to fill that emptiness, the emptier they become until they cease to be human anymore. It's like watching Darth Vadar be born, void of any real feelings like love, compassion. These people have no conscience. Whenever I get to wishing I were wealthy, I only have to watch this cautionary tale to see what immense wealth does to people. It's as though all of them had their consciences removed. It also left me wondering to if Casey Hammer wrote the tell all out of a sense of what's right and what's wrong or was it out of spite because her brother Michael disinherited her. In either case, it disgusts me that he and his wife call themselves "Christians" after betraying their family and making off with the lion's share. I'm especially disappointed in his wife Dru, who I thought being raised in a church would be more charitable and compassionate. It's sad, but it makes me look at all of Hollywood and all of the multi-million and billionaires in the same way. What's even more sickening is that these people control our Presidents and heads of state like little puppets. I'll never look at any of them the same way again.

I watched the series. While one of the subjects/issues was interesting, the difference between consent and BSDM, and rape and BSDM, most of program seemed like a slick Tik Tok video. Why was the "artist" who never met Hammer included in such a large part (her sharing of texts were enough...her art show seemed like a pitch for fame and attention) and why wasn't this show more about the girl friend who actually accused and charged him with rape? The set ups seemed so glossy and Tik Tokish with what's her name in that big elegant red coat and her remarks which were so-o-o-o lingeringly dramatic. And sharing the online battle of gossipy sleuths? Ugh. I believed the main point that Hammer is most likely guilty and seemed intent on upping his "game" but a documentary should not be a PR piece for the "players' within it. More facts, less gloss please.

But they have issues from their trauma and would inflict it on their children some other way. Maybe with psychological abuse pr something else. For example my friend has mother that beats her for every little error. But the mother thinks she is better than her parents were because they were alcoholics that beat her up for no reason.

My idols and pets are my meds. I want to stop the Armie Hammer bash. The man is eloquent, talented, and yes, beautiful. Sounds interesting. He looks broken all the time even before i heard this story every photo he either looks totally hypnotised and demonic the way he's staring OR he looks deeply deeply unhappy and sad. Even if he's at an event he's not authentic. Acting 'success' and 'popularity' doesn't make you satisfied or heal you if you have these major wounds. He needs to repent of what he's done or tried to do and find God. There's no other way out of spiritual and demonic bondage and abuse. It will destroy you if you pretend it's not happening or find your own solutions. He has to face what happened as a child, express it in a safe way and be healed.

These women knew he was married and only air his text and voice messages- why not air what they responded. A man is not going to text over and over again about bondage sex games if the woman is not willing to play. These women enjoy the gane, acted like they were gane with his fantasies and once he was done with them, that’s when they suddenly feel jaded and now realize he’s toxic and a monster. Just listening to these women on House of Hammer is disgusting. The typical amber heards, once a man is done with them then they suddenly were raped and abused and become part of the MeToo movement. Metoo needs to take a real pause at what they’re doing, because women not all women are victims. Women want to play w these men and then suddenly feel disgusted with what they did.

@@1970brenz Didn't someone say he raped her? I think a couple of women have accused him of rape. Are we not charging men for raping women now? I mean, I know it's always been an uphill battle and a "he said/she said", but last I checked rape was still a crime. Were the women paid off? If half of what has been said about him is true, he's an animal. And I'm glad RDJ got his life straightened out, but paying the bills for a monster isn't a good deed. I never ever would've guessed Armie Hammer... 😔 Such a fine aspiring actor with a faultless reputation among colleagues and a wonderfully genuine, down-to-earth personality. Such a friendly, charismatic, authentic guy, who had a variety of versatile roles and a lovely family life ahead of him. Obviously, we are all complicated human beings, but the accusations concerning Hammer's violence fantasies and sexual assault were so unexpected. And I know American showbiz loves to build stereotypical narratives around long lines of established family clans that are bound to end up in any kind of scandal, but this is more complex than the Greek tragedy depicted in House of Hammer. Violence fantasies and cannibalistic cravings areas a specific pattern. They don't have anything to do with whether you're great-gran0dpa preferred Lenin over Whitman.

These women are quoted saying “I went along with it because I wanted him to like me.” Ah hello!!!! then he’s not gonna know you have a problem. open your mouth, and say no if you don’t want it. You can’t go along with it, allow him to think it’s OK and then blow his life up publicly and say he did these awful things. I’m not saying there are no issues here at all. Hammer was so often asked about the Church & Dwight brand that he attempted to buy the company. While unsuccessful, Hammer's Occidental Petroleum acquired enough stock for him to join the Church & Dwight board of directors in 1986. Hammer remained one of the owners of Arm & Hammer until his death in 1990.[2]" Wiki If you paid attention to this series, there was a reason as to why Armand Hammer was named this by his father. I’m sorry, but whatever happened to innocent until proven guilty? Before anyone attacks me, I’m not saying he did or didn’t do this shit …BUT I am saying he’s innocent until proven guilty. All these ADULTS that come forward YEARS later with these rape allegations really have me scratching my head. Umm…where was the allegation when it actually happened? We aren’t talking about some child who was groomed, threatened into silence, or too afraid to come forward. People are effing crazy anymore. Social media has really shown how unbelievably gullible, naive, and quick to judge society is. It’s like “well, if someone put it on social media then it must be true”. If you actually do a little digging, there’s a decent amount of info out there that contradicts the truthfulness of some of the allegations and throws others into question. All I’m saying is, he hasn’t stood trial for anything yet. They’ve spent nearly a year investigating the rape claim and report that “charges are unlikely” YET, he’s been convicted of his guilt in the public eye. His life, reputation, future as an actor, is all ruined. Hell, if he did it then I guess he got what he deserves, but what if he didn’t? We are talking about a persons life here. A person with young kids. Consider for a moment how many “celebrities” or “well-to-do” get falsely accused as well as what false accusations do to real victims of sexual assault! Shouldn’t we be 100% certain of guilt before we condemn?
