Awesome video!!! I agree with a ton of this, but I believe the Mycelium and the other giant Fungi originated from the Nether as that place has the most common fungi, which would defenently make since why spreading would be extremely dangerous, it's an invasive species that would not stop spreading, thus is why it was sent to smaller islands, so it can spread on those islands surrounded by salt water so it cannot dominate anymore land bur that tiny island

@@Faberistry it might be because it might of been some of the fungus from the Nether, but once it went to the Overworld, it evolved the same way how Hoglins soon evolved into horses and pigs once the Ancient Builders bought some of them Piglins :), but it not always good that invasive species evolve to cope to the environment their in, sometimes it could be devastating overtime, the Hoglins however were in pens, thus would not be able to Rome the Overworld like the Invasive fungus would of have, in which Slimes are invasive to the Overworld as well

your theory is interesting! My theory is that after Steve killed the ender dragon, there was a glitch in reality due to the battle, the gods didn't notice it but Steve did. he shrugs it off because he thought his insomnia was effecting him (Steve hadn't had enough sleep due to his preparation for the ender dragon) he would then start seeing herobrine and end up fighting him. the fight would end in a stalemate and Steve wouldn't remember anything about the fight.

Herobrine was filled with hatred after seeing that he isn't the player. So he turned himself into steve trying to be like him but he wasn't able so he started hating Steve so much that he thought that he will destroy Steve's happiness making him leave the world.

Just to say quickly most people see herobrine usually shown as the bearded version of steve, while steve himself is without. and therefore A different entity entirely. The idea for a new video.
