Good question. Timothy's Model isn't a Public model from Steam's Workshop. It's not a 3D Blender model. It's a Model built in Garry's Mod using parts from other addons. Addons like Bobsters, SProps, and many others. So if your looking for a Timothy model for Garry's Mod, I'm sorry to say you won't find much or any at all.
