It would be better if you left women out of the title completely and just referred to the practice as the practices of the Samburu *people*. Or if you really want to point fingers, "The Bizzare Sexuality of the Samburu MEN." As someone else mentioned, the women and girls do not seem to have a say in the acts that are forced upon them. If anything, the "bizzare" aspect of this falls mainly on the men, as it is GROWN men seeking out young girls to have their way with them. These girls have to stop their lives in order to conform to the request of the men of the community. Withdrawal from education, genital mutilation, premature sex and reproduction, as well as marriage, is all initiated by the men! So, yes. I agree with changing the name of the title 100%.

I think this custom is not bad at all. When I see the children from marriages, they are happy and fit. I judge more by results than by Christian values.
