the shadow key chests got reworked in infernum. the unique items in the chest are obtained by interacting with mobs there.

I last played Calamity like 2-3 years ago, and I found the Abyss to be the scariest thing I've ever experienced in a video game.

Recently when I made a terraria calamity world, something went wrong with my world generation and I didn’t know it at the time. My world would insta-crash when I went to the sulfurous seas, there was now way to explore it. (And I didn’t have the underground ocean biome). It eventually corrupted and I had to start a new world. ;)

There's literally nothing underneath the Sulphuric Sea in my world. I dug throughout the whole sea and couldn't find any trace of the Abyss. Now the Sulphuric Sea in my world is completely ruined and looks horrible. I'm guessing I've got to make a new world and hope it doesn't get glitched or something.

As someone with a deathly fear of the ocean and squid/octopus, running around in the abyss and seeing a colossal squid and it just jumping at me genuinely made me freeze up and leave the game for a few hours. Not in this abyss btw it was like 2 yrs ago.

For some reason after I beat skeletron I cant even step foot in the abyss without it crashing. I disabled all the mods and it still does it. Does this happen to anyone? I also have a powerful computer

That's really weird. Must be some type of corruption with a block/sprite in the abyss.
