I think the jumpscares should start to come out when you're really low on sanity and rarely,so that they really make someone jump out of their seat,if you know what i'm talking about. Also,i think that after some time the game just becomes annoying,not being able to even run a little bit and things like that? Yeah,it will just be annoying in the long way. I'm currently playing a pack with the goatman's configs set so it can't spawn for hours at a time, so basically whenever you hear the sound clips you KNOW the goatman is nearby and that is super suspenseful, that paired with the audio clip that ramps up as the goatman chases you, I think it's one of the only mods that does suspense well tbh along with from the fog
