The lazer upgrade makes hip-firing very acurate which gives you a high advantage in CQC and the lazer sights are better compared to the iron sights on the worst case if you get a aks from a red create you can just upgrade the gun itself and just make money from it(upgrading cost is less than the selling price of the aks+'s price) so upgrading the guns are not that bad of an idea (and the laser makes the enemies almost blind so not only you get a hip-fire advantage but you get a flashlight effect that dosen't reveal your location ) Upgrading weapons is not a thing you do with buying the weapon itself and then upgrading it, aks+ is not worth 2.7k but if you have an aks for free from the red creates 900 bucks is not even a big deal for better hipfire and sights this idea works for almost every single weapon in the game with few exceptions (UZIs for being too bad of a weapon Scar+ G18+ Expensive)
