Haha, you just put a big smile on my face! I've been following MS for 8 years now, and you are one of those rare talents who truly stand out from the crowd. I hope you keep making these vlogs, as you clearly have a lot going on inside that "ugly mug" of yours-it's a joy to pick your brain even a tiny bit. By the way, the upright sounds fantastic, but no surprises there. :)

Thanks, man - yeah, I definitely have a few pebbles rolling around in there. 🧠

This sounds fantastic! Tone is super rich and full, which I always appreciate in any upright recording. Great playing and wonderful job, Aaron! The video footage and voiceover are lovely, too. I can empathize with your lack of desire to create this kind of content, but I really enjoyed it!

I haven't heard anything you played yet. 2:22 into this. But you won me over by what you said. SUBSCIBED finally, someone who gets it. 😁👍

Absolutely great to "see" you. Good decision. And congrats on nailing that look on first try, it looks stunning. Not to mention the upright - sounds absolutely stunning. Looking forward to seeing more. Cheers Aaron

Loved the new format, and also a fan of the “old” format. Whichever you decide to do for future releases, they are both great and BS-free. More importantly, this bass just sounds absolutely stunning ❤
@musicalsampling47804 ай бұрын
Thanks, man - definitely aim to be as BS-free as possible. But maybe now with a little more panache. 😄

Sounds great and warm and really present, detailed. Another hit I'd say. Curious what you're using for the trumpet lines in Sueno Febril. TIA

Wonderful! Any chance we’ll see your libraries for Kontakt Player at some point?
@musicalsampling47804 ай бұрын
Never say never, but I don’t anticipate it happening at the moment. Too many trade-offs, not least of which is how costly it can be to go the Player route.
@DesoloZantas4 ай бұрын
Soooooooo will there be basses in the libraries future? 👀
@musicalsampling47804 ай бұрын
We did attempt a bass about six months ago but learned some hard lessons along the way. We’ll have a much better idea of how to make it work the next time.
@kentkarlsson41694 ай бұрын
Very nice! Is there a little bit of slap in one of the patches, velocity wise? Awesome work!
@musicalsampling47804 ай бұрын
No dedicated slap samples, really - but it does get a little more “attitudinal” at the highest velocity.
@kentkarlsson41694 ай бұрын
@@musicalsampling4780 Great, we like a little bit more attitudinal spank, in the right context of course ;)
