@haruhirogrimgar60473 жыл бұрын
@purificationthroughputrefaction To add emphasis to the sentence. It is extremely common for English speakers to add adjectives to make a sentence more dramatic or hyperbolic. I could totally rewrite this radically cool sentence to have just of half the totally tubular vocab by just cutting out the mega-awesome adjectives. Or: I could rewrite this sentence to have zero adjectives. They mean the same thing but one is more eccentric. If you want to be pedantic about "literally" and "figuratively" there are at least a million better comments or phrases to pick on about it.

Oh wow, I just felt a wave of nostalgia. Had one of these things when I was 4 years old until I was around 8, and I had a BUNCH of games for it. Alphabet Park, Scooby-Doo, Winnie The Pooh, Lion King, honestly if it Disney I prolly had it lol. We had this old VCR TV that used to be in my parents' room, but it somehow ended up in mine with the VSmile. I have this distinct memory of sitting on the side of my bed in this really soft sleeping bag playing Winnie The Pooh early in the morning. At some point, my mam came in with a plate of toast for me, and sat down with me to watch me play for a bit while I basically chatted away about it. I think Winnie The Pooh was a mild special interest game for me at the time, because I played through it so much I still remember the ending image of all of the characters eating a meal together lol. But yeah, I played this thing to death, and if it weren't for it, I don't think I would have my special interest in video games at all tbh. In a way, I can thank this little orange and purple brick for helping me decide a career path.

This channel feels so cozy. I cant explain. I guess it’s sort of like a kid waking up to watch morning saturday cartoons. Thanks for all the hard work Billiam.

I get that same feeling from his videos. 2000s nostalgia is a hell of a drug.

I really loved the Sesame Street games and the Thomas and friends games. I also remember doing karaoke with it. The funniest thing I’ve done as a kid

I just got this in my recommended and I am almost crying because my big brother and I played V-Smile all the time when we were little. We even had the Lion King game in the thumbnail! And the Dora the Explorer game, and the Mickey Mouse one, and Bob the Builder, and Spider-Man, and Scooby-Doo. I think Alphabet Park Adventure came with it.

I loved this as a kid. I also remember there being a surfboarding game that went with it, or maybe it was just made around the same time. That game was fun, but I fell off that board so much.

When I was younger I had the leap frog book thing. It was you put the book in and with the cartridge and pen and you can read and play games on the pages.
