Well They aren't Currently Available, they Will be back when 2.0 Releases. (Update 2.0 Releases October 15)

The Community Challenge Runs from September 5th to September 19th (2 Weeks), Everything Should be the Same Between Steam (PC) and Switch.

I Forgot to Respond to You after I Asked a Developer; Apparently the Community Challenge was Only for the Steam (PC) Players, but Don't Worry the Cosmetics will be Available upon 2.0 Release.

Also I have a question about the deluxe skill selector did they not put it on switch because I never seen it do I have to do something to see it or is it super rare because I did A LOT of runs and I never seen it on switch.

Short Answer: The Deluxe Skill Selector No Longer Exists... Long Answer: The Developers Reverted the Changes. You can Get Skill Upgrades in Any Skill Selector, and the Ultimate Skill Upgrade Automatically Equips when Getting the Second Skill Upgrade on a Skill.

I Just Checked with a Developer and I was Wrong. The v1.5.2 Update is Not on Switch. The Crossover Skill and Cat Challenge Cosmetics will be Available on Switch as Part of the 2.0 Update.
