You cannot make sense of the nonsensical. He bamboozled LE with a story that makes no sense and literally got away with murder. Any reasonable person knows that he is solely responsible.
@piaonomata92209 күн бұрын
Right?? That was my first thought--if your battery's dead, you don't leave a crowded festival full of people who might have jumper cables (the organizers/staff if no one else) and walk two hours to try to find a friend's house when you apparently don't even know where that friend lives. You BOTH start asking various people for help. Why they never found her is a mystery, but then again we only have Boyfriend's word that the battery died in the first place. That leaves two hours for things to go sideways between them, him to dump her body, and then return to the festival. I'm curious about his past now. Generally people who commit these crimes don't stop at one.

It's sickening how many men think every woman wants be host to their penis. If they want a thrill, then stick it in a woodchipper.

Not difficult to figure out what happened. He got her in an isolated area and either tried to assault her or did assault her, killed her to keep her quiet, buried her someplace and made up a bullshit story about his car not starting, then miraculously starting. Tragic. Another beautiful young lady disrespected by, presumably, her new “friend” Dave Combs. His story is bs. He is absolutely the cause of Erin’s demise. Wondering what Dave is doing these days; what crimes has he committed since or before Erin went missing?

She just met that David in a bar DAYS before going out of town with him! Young ladies, take this as a cautionary tale! She knew NOTHING about the dude, so if he's a secret killer, she made it extremely easy for him to ply his trade. A dead car battery does not just miraculously correct itself! He could have graped and strangled her and thrown her down a mine shaft (hopefully she was truly deceased because if she was not, that would make a tragic event even more tormenting) and, oh my GOD I just realized why so many people just disappear in this country!! Sadly, I fear that David has actually committed the perfect murder!! Unless they were in a DESERT, why would dude have to freaking WALK two hours to some deadbeat friend's place?? Weren't there any people, businesses or PHONES between the alleged stranded automobile and CIVILIZATION? First and foremost, why the fuc* didn't he just phone AAA with one of at least TWO cell phones available inside the car with the dead battery - that isn't actually dead? If my obsession with true crime has taught me anything, isn't the first person they investigate thoroughly supposed to be the last person to see the victim alive? Another thing, it's preposterous to even CONSIDER that that she would have sat alone in the vehicle (especially in a rural setting) unless she had a firearm with her! The ONLY way this scenario would be somewhat plausible would be if we time traveled back to 1973, they were in a desert and they were BOTH walking in pursuit of the now extinct PAY PHONE - even then there's no way she would have remained in the car! This guy has got more tales than Teddy Ruxpin! LOCK HIM UP!
