You really need to come back to the Twin Cities! We now have 7 completely vegan restaurants to check out: J. Selby's, Seed Cafe, Fig & Farro, Trio Plant-based, Evan's Organic Eatery, Earth Burger and Eureka Compass. Not to mention there are tons of other great restaurants that feature vegan items or even separate vegan menus for breakfast (Seward Co-op), lunch (World Street Kitchen) dinner (The Tilted Tiki) and pizza (Parkway Pizza and Pizza Nea). There's so much good vegan food here...everyone should come experience it!

I love the concept and the restaurants you choose, the only thing you could improve is to give a bit more detailed information on the flavors of all the plates you present. The Vegan Roadie My wife and I forced to eat at one of these vegan restaurants. Because my oldest son and his girlfriend and her family are vegans. We went up there for a day trip. It was the worst restaurant experience my wife and I ever had the food and the service was terrible. My wife and I went to a steak house and had a great meal. My wife and I will never again eat at a vegan restaurant.

I miss Ecopolitan SO much! It is now Vegan East, which still good. BUT MAN Acopolitan blew every vegan restaurant out of the water for me.
