The coronavirus pandemic has been so hard on local restaurants, but something amazing is happening at spots all around Milwaukee. Zach Bartlett's Venmo Challenge was supposed to be a one-time thing, but instead keeps growing -- bringing smiles to the faces of servers one huge tip at a time.
