I was a young guitarist when this hit the radio. A little while after its release on Seattle's KJR (the hip teen music station), I got a job at the Shipyard in Bremerton. While walking up to the electronics shop, where my bandmate was working, I saw signs on every available surface; walls and stair risers; that said "Walk Don't Run" and I've always wondered if, like me, the writer was a yardbird with a band and worked thiere Having no title for his instrumental, was inspired by the signs. It could happen...

@bze2nlz4 You're welcome Chris. Glad you like it :) I remember the transistor radio!!! I had one years ago. I was excited when my parents bought me one. I remember thinking I would be a cool cat walking down the street with a transistor radio. I was about 12 lol. Back then AM radio had some good music stations. I also tuned in to listen to baseball games. Those were the good old days.
