Γεια σου και μπράβο για την προσπάθεια :) Since you wrote the letter yesterday and you don't want to say that you wrote letters every day, the correct sentence is Χθες έγραψα γράμμα στην τράπεζα (Αόριστος) At the second sentence, we believe that you wanted to use the past tense and say that you wrote all your expenses every week. So you will say; Κάθε εβδομάδα γράφαμε όλα τα έξοδά μας. (Παρατατικός) Keep up the good work!
