We had an E-6 land at CFB Chatham back in 1983 I think, it's a got huge 6.5 km antenna in the belly and and a huge German Shepherd to protect the aircraft.

Sure beat spotting in CYUL! The E-6 was the catch of the day as well. Landed on 10R, lucky it departed on 10L. Another excellent spot is on top of the parking garage. I spent my mornings in KFLL for 2 weeks in March 2022.

Nice Plane very aerodynamic, Canada should be getting their two relatively new A330-200 to replace the A 310 soon. Wonder what livery they will use. It's long overdue. Watch for it !

That E - 6 is actually honoring Ft. Lauderdale's Airport ancestry, because that in WW 2 was the site of Naval Air Station Ft Ll.
