The VERY FIRST Banh Mi Festival in VIETNAM 2023!

In this travel vlog we take a look at Vietnam's very first Banh Mi Festival. There are 120 vendors selling all kinds of Banh Mi and other delicious Vietnamese foods. I think fake meats are for the texture. It may help if you have to eat vegetarian food everyday and chewing on the fake meats can satisfy your hunger better and plus they are also sources of proteins 😊

In Vietnam, the pieces of vegetarian meat that you eat with bread, all are made from soybeans, they can also make vegetarian shrimp, vegetarian fish, vegetarian squid, ... all from soybeans, very delicious.

Hi, no it doesn't, but it is possible to get overstimulated sometimes, like in India or Pakistan, and well here too if you go out at peak hour hehe. But I love it, it makes you feel alive.

I think the plant based meats are also protein replacements so there’s a nutritional component for non-meat eaters. If I’m not having meat, I prefer tofu for my protein. Great video as always.

During the Tran dynasty (1225-1400), Buddhism was very favoured and the royal family wanted to introduce vegan meals to foreign dignitaries, so the chefs got creative and came up with all sort of dishes using mock meat ...
