Deeming was a demon. He had such a love of money and being recognized as a man of wealth meant more to him than human life. What a piece of work. Thank you for researching and sharing this story.

Thank you - he was a nasty! We find it just almost impossible to comprehend the acts against his own children, let alone, the wives! And encasing in concrete! The requirement he seemd to have to be seen as an important person seems almost pathological. 🤔

This was a "despicable," man of questionable character whether he was mentally insane or not. He had enough sense to use aliases and lie about his background to various women and people in general. Great investigation, presentation, backstory, illustrations, photos and videos, too. Take care 🦋

Yes, he was a nasty one, wasn't he? as you pointed out - there is that fine line between he must be crazy, but wait, he is expending a lot of planning and energy to cover the crime..The judge absolutely wasn't having any of it. Scotland yard were eager to bring him back to England to stand trial. Kate, the last woman, had a lucky escape!😉

Yes indeed! 👍We wonder - had he already scouted out where the nearest supply of cement was? How long would she have lasted? A near escape for her, for sure!😉

This is actually a perverse achievement. Consider that if you wanted to do anything internationally in that Era, you had to spend long periods traveling by ship. Do we know if Deeming chucked anyone overboard during his crossings?

Thank you🙏We know it is a known case, but it seemed so perfect to launch for International month! And we like to give a cheery nod to our friends in Australia. Actually, the police in Australia did a tremendous job on this case! Really impressive detective work and wow, they worked fast! The judge as well we liked - he was having none of it with the insanity plea. 🤔

Excellent video. I live in the state of Victoria, Australia and being a true crime buff I know about Demming. An evil man. One of his victims is buried in the Melbourne General Cemetery and a headstone was erected after funds were raised by the general public.

How very kind! Thank you! 🙏It was a tricky episode as it crossed the two nations and we did not want to repeat the story from either country! Thank you for the nfo re the grave! We did not know that. it is always heartwarming to hear stories where the community come together to help or show support for a victim. Not surprised by the good people of Australia!😁

As always I very much enjoyed your video. Like so many of these killers he seems to have had a way with the lady's. ( the brides in the bath and the French bluebeard 2 cases in point) though they killed for money this man seems to have just lost interest. It's all a very sad case. R.C. and team thank you for all of your work and investment of time making these videos. Take care

Well said!👍He does seem to have been financially motivated, as you say, but it sounds like he liked the chase as well, followed by boredom. Encasing in concrete is a new one for us (although we do have the story of the reverend who did that - that is on hold for October 😉), and the aspect of doing this internationally was surprising. England to Australia is not right next door! There were rumours that he had nkilled two in South Africa as well, but these were not pursued.Thank you, as always, for your wonderful support!🙌

He was not insane, his excuse of his mother's voice telling him to kill was something he probably picked up from gossips, doctors or hearsay. He was an accomplished conman...should have kept it at that

He was certanly a conman - around the world! 👍Ummm, we are with you - he was an accomplished liar, as we have seen. We were also sceptical regarding the voices testimony. He seemed to utterly block his horrific actions in England. Stuff of nightmares. 🫢
