The Viganò Tapes #11: “In no way can we accept”

The Viganò Tapes consist of 18 tapes each one containing a question that we asked Archbishop Viganò at the end of August 2021. This exclusive interview covers the current situation in the Church and in the world.
This video is #11 of these 18 tapes, in which the archbishop reflects on the words of Pope Paul VI of June 29, 1972, when Paul lamented the doubt and confusion that troubled the Church after the Second Vatican Council.

We, those true Christians whom chose to be disciples and followers of Christ are not promised a pleasant and easy life, particularly in these times. We are to be hated, tormented, persecuted and eventually be put to death, as our Lord was. His life was a representation, a model for how we are to live through abiding in the commands and laws of God and as a consequence, what we are to endure as Christians in an imperfect world. Arch Bishop Vigano is a living example of persecution by speaking against the demonization and corruption of the holy church. What courage! He speaks the truth with love and eloquence through our faithful and true Lord Jesus Christ. Thank you!

So many of our shepherds today are revealed to be false. I think God is drawing a line in the sand. He is showing us...."You will know them by their fruits" and thus people must choose. Vatican II was not necessary, all it has done is to divide the Faithful, what's left, and has let many Catholics and prelates to leave the Faith, with no promise to ever bringing them back. Archbishop Vigano says in other interviews that we should ignore the teachings of Vatican II as if it never happened, that would be fine with me.

God's approach is NOT always "tender." In fact, Jesus was often so challenging, direct, and outright harsh that I often wonder, reading the NT, at the disconnect between this modern concept of Jesus and the fierce Jesus of the NT. He had tenderness for the poor and unloved, for the repentant. He spoke about Hell and sin quite often, and the seriousness and high standards of moral life. He was very harsh and direct, to the point of open insults, to leaders. Particularly hypocritical, unrepentant leaders. THAT Jesus, the Jesus of the Gospels, would lay into leaders like our faithless politicians (and bishops and priests) much like he did the Pharisees.
