A few things I noticed during my last viewing I had never noticed (or rather correlated) that both Ivy and Noah are disabled, but in different ways. Perhaps this is why they bonded and why he was so drawn to her? I have also wondered if religion is a part of their village 🤔 their meeting hall looks like a church so perhaps it has many uses, but I did notice that Noah says "church mouse" Another thing I noticed was when Mr walker tells Ivy that her grandfather was killed with a "Gun" , she has no reaction, she does not ask what a gun is, but it could be argued that guns are mentions in teaching as a tool of the evil towns I think its also interesting that one of the children says the word "Murder", so they know what murder is, but perhaps they only think "those we don't speak of" are capable of such things? I absolutely love this movie and every time I watch it I pick up on something new. Again , loved your analysis, keep it up!

Thank you so much! Yes, I'll work on part 3. My hard drive died and I lost all of part 3. I was almost done with it so it was a big blow. Then, when I started the work again my computer died again. I think it's been long enough. I'll try to make the others and upload them!

Right from the moment of contrast of noah from innocents and no longer innocent was so accurate. Noah was slowly descending into the very thing the village tried to keep away. The woods represent the darkness and the unknown of humanity. And those we don't speak of represent the evils that dwell in it. With Noah (entered)the woods he became those we don't speak of. He became what the real monsters represented in humanity that lurked in the (metaphorical woods)

I'd argue that Lucius isn't disrespecting his mother by calling out her own direct disrespect. I think a better example of disrespecting his parents is approaching the counsel without his mother's permission or knowledge
