Tau Ura, I greatly appreciate your vlogs and wanted to share some ideas to motivate the young men in y our villages. Growing up, our routines often consist of waking up, having breakfast, then going straight to the farm. Afternoons are typically spent enjoying a grog session before we call it a day. This cycle has been an engrained part of village life. However, I have noticed some villages within Fiji embracing change by setting tangible objectives for the future. This shift towards goal-setting is incredibly beneficial, especially for men who may one day wish to establish families of their own. Educating our youth about setting goals can simultaneously teach them about financial investment, saving habits, and the importance of having a bank account. Encourage constructive dialogue about becoming self-reliant among your kin, reassuring them that independence is achievable. Consider exploring entrepreneurship, such as starting a small venture. Purchasing a boat and engine could be an initial business objective. You could even establish a small canteen, Ura - it's a surefire way to generate considerable income. Exploit the resources around you; the opportunities are immense, waiting for someone to capitalize on them. My confidence in these suggestions stems from personal experience - I have implemented them and seen success. I apologize for the length of this message but as a Fijian, it's heartbreaking to witness our own people trailing behind others. It's high time we changed that narrative.

Dou bula vinaka, Turaga Naitas. Always encouraging working together as a team. 👌👌👍 Isaaa Naita Uraia - Since y’all are faithful & being punctual in submitting application for Governmental assistance--Please, just be more mindful counting and making sure all your required materials are being issued THEN sign your receipts…..bearing in mind y’all travel long distance >> y’all sacrifice a lot and are so determined. So make it count & worth y’all time, effort and money acknowledging your supplies are correct. Just a concerned viewer here appreciating y’all perseverance in doing and completing projects. Y’all are applauded, Turaga Naitas. Thank you for the videos. 👏👏👍👍

Naita Ura why don't you think of starting a bakery in Navuti.Stop you from traveling to Wainaloka across the sea from your village just to buy bread and in the process make money for yourselves.

So many business opportunities beyond his Kava Business since he's an enterpreneur like the rest of the Navuti clan.

Really!! And yet he cut it so quick and with such precision. These are the village boys who barely use modern tools. Humans are such morons, they see the negative rather than the positive!
