Weather Report is someone who represents both the calm and the storm, being one of the best characters in the whole of Stone Ocean. Be it in how he uses his stand too his interesting history and connection to Pucci. He might also be the most important character in the whole of the story. @@serenegenerally his solution to the problem is the equivalent of applying not a band-aid, but spa grade wax tape. Not only does it not work but it's going to hurt worse when it's time to remove it. And unfortunately for Enrico, his plan wouldn't remain discreet sense Pearla learns of his betrayal from the mouth of the racist investigator. Which means that in the next universe she will knowingly kill herself needlessly, remember she kills herself because she believes Dominico is dead. Sense she'll know he's still alive I wonder how she'll try to justify walking off to her death. Probably because she'll blame Enrico for hurting her and her long brother Dominico so callously with no forethought.

There is an interesting theory i have heard about the final chapter. When Emporio is about cry, it immediately starts raining and this is probably him subconsciously using Weather Report

Weather is an absolute gem of a character who sits as my 3rd favourite character in the entire series (Gyro in 2nd, and Fugo in 1st) his rage, his kindness, his love and his dedication to his goals were beautifully portrayed the fact that he was the character who won the day in the end even if it was through Emporio was easily the highlight of Stone Ocean for me

The moment where weathers final kill is probably the most tragic "what if" in the entire part. Also yeah I agree on weather report the stand being incredible. Its a great show of the appeal of stands. Abilities that seem simple and likely would be in most other manga but araki just takes it a step further and uses every possible ability of the stand in such a creative way

While there is plenty of evidence that the victims of Heavy Weather perceive themselves to be transforming into snails, *there is no evidence that it is actually a physical transformation.* People like to make their own headcanon, but ALL of the evidence that the change is not a hallucination can be easily explained in both the language used in the fights, and the fact that no one is being permanently effected. People climbing walls? No one actually acknowledges that the other is climbing/gripping surfaces unusually. The only proof of buildings collapsing is when jolyne, a whole person, is swinging on the ceiling tiles. Jolyne fitting into a pipe? She is still learning the full extent of her abilities. We also don’t see the aftermath of bugs eating people. Pucci also seems to describe subliminal messages creating the feelings of hunger. And it goes on. It’s a minor detail that has created a lot debate, but it’s really been misunderstood over time.
