The media tried so hard to claim that it was fake and that it was all an act. They were pissed when no one believed them and it turned out everything is real. They even tried to claim that the guy had a valid license, only to do an interview with him where he said that he doesn't know if he ever had a license.

If he never had a driver's license how did they suspend what he never had??? How did the STATE not know what his ID # is? The issue date ? The expiration date? Why wouldn't the court have checked to know he had a 9 yr old bench warrant if he had a suspension in the system? That means he should have been arrested years ago! He doesn't just look bad the state government looks just as bad if not worse!

Your Id, learners permit, and license all have the same number. So the state did know the id number. If you’re caught driving and fail to appear in court, your id is suspended and they treat the suspended Id like a suspended license due to the moving violation.
