Ah yes, this is technically the only heritage operations railfanning that stays in Virginia!
The Virginia Museum of Transportation of Roanoke, Virginia, and The Buckingham Branch Railroad/Virginia Scenic Railway teamed up to offer/operate the scenic fall passenger excursion named, "The Shenandoah Valley Limited" that runs from Goshen, Virginia to Staunton, Virginia and back, pulled by VMT's Ex-Norfolk & Western Railway Class J 4-8-4 "Northern" Type Steam Locomotive No. 611 (BB is a Class 3 Railroad that operates/serves various towns, cities and other areas in Northern Virginia. VSRy/VSR usually operates two one-coach diesel powered excursions. One named "The Alleghany Special" that runs from Staunton to Goshen and back, and the other one named "The Blue Ridge Flyer" that runs from Staunton to Ivy, Virginia and back. BB/VSR are basically VA's version of Pennsylvania's Class 3 Reading & Northern Railroad/Lehigh Gorge Scenic Railway).
611 had a special passenger consist (or a special string of passenger cars) to pull for this specific excursion, and the cars on this train are ( This list has been updated since the video's publishing on October 9th ):

After this video, Great Scenic Railway Journeys provided another standard coach, which the 5th passenger car on 611's train provided by them.
It is another 10-6 Sleeper turned into a Standard Coach #133, "The Chambersburg Inn".
