+JoannahMason I did try that. Even the grey circle on the top left corner of the screen. All I get is a black screen. Interestingly enough, I get the audio portion fine.

Try playing the clip through google Chrome on your laptop; it should work then by dragging your mouse around to look in different directions.

normally i use firefox for web browser now was use chrome from long times a go found that very slow for open the page , if they design for everyone can use so better to more easy with every kind of browser too i thought . Thank you for your comment and teach how to use it and how is work ^.^
