Honestly when compared to even the Gore houses this hase a nice amount of space. Then again Kemtek tends to build decent sized homes. I wish they built in the Portmore/Mandeville region cause I would surely buy one from them. Edit: I just saw how tiny the back yard is and it's a let down. I would still buy one though but after seeing the back yard, it would probably be an investment property.
