FINALLY!! I literally want to cry right now! I’ve suffered tremendously and still do because of VD! I don’t know if I’ll ever be able to fix it. Supplemented for 8 years under doctor’s supervision. Even the sun gives me issues 😢 Vitamin A is also an issue. I’ve been trying to tell people to be careful with those “vitamins” but always get demonized. Just like when I would tell them about sugar… oh well!

I'm on a very high dose of D3 and K2 and magnesium glycinate daily. So far, I can attest that it stopped my hair from falling out and thickened it up a little, stopped my bleeding gums, stopped my leg cramps and other issues going on with my nerves, muscles, and joints--and it also makes eating carbs tolerable for me, and I don't really have to be on the carnivore diet anymore. However, I have noticed that there's a limit to the amount of carbs I can have, and if I eat a lot of carbs, I feel my system reacting to it, but the vitamins still make it less daunting for my system. So, I still must keep my carb intake on the low side and my diet meat-based. I'm guessing that if I went back on full carnivore, the benefits of the vitamins would increase. But whatever I do, I intend to stay on these vitamins, never missing a day, for the rest of my life, bcuz they have me feeling so good. And Sarah, you're looking younger every day.

Since they’re fat soluble, they’ll be stored, and at some point enough will turn into too much. The question is when

@@patrycja2696 But how do you know it's masking symptoms? The way I see it--we're gonna die no matter what, so any symptom that can be helped will only stand for as long as the treatment continues. No matter what, you still have to ingest something to resolve the symptom, whether it's a supplement, medication, or type of diet. You can't be and stay better by doing nothing.

This video came at the right time for me. My dr just prescribed a high dose VD supplement for me yesterday, and I’ve felt weird about taking it (it’s once a week dosage). Off to dive deeper into this topic.. Thank you.

2 summers ago, used the D Minder app and it estimated that my D3 should’ve been 110 ng/ml Because I’m out in the sun without sunscreen so much in the summer and when I got my lab results back, the value was 53….after that, I stopped tracking it.

I don't take D3 and never have, but I do supplement with K2. Is this man saying that is a mistake and we shouldn't do that either?

My recent labs show I basically have no pregnenalone (I am past menopause) I am also high cholesterol and high ldl but low triglycerides. I’m just wondering since pregnanalone is made from cholesterol… somewhere along the conversion I must have a blockage..🤷🏼‍♀️ My doc wants to put me in high vit d, vit k, pregnanalone and dhea.

Interesting….. I would personally start with a good sunlight protocol to see if that helps. Jim also has some great resources in his group also

Start dhea in a low dose. Women often have bad reactions to a high dose.

When should we go out in the sun and how much of our bodies should we have exposed to the direct sunlight? When should one cover up from the sun? I recently had a Basel cell removed and my dermatologist recommended staying out of the sun and told me since I am young I am at a higher risk of getting more Basel cell showing up. Do you recommend wearing the glasses you suggest all day, they do offer the three set lenses. I understand you’re not a doctor and everything you recommend is just that- a recommendation and never medical advice. Thanks

I would spend more time in morning, sunlight and evening sunlight when there’s less UV. And definitely protect yourself from artificial blue light as there is evidence that it can cause skin cancer. ❤️
