Did this and it really does work!! I have smaller pores and smoother skin. I've seen a reduction in wrinkles. I still have more treatments in my package. I honestly did not have the highest expectations going into it, I really didn't think anything would help pore size. I was 100% wrong. If you are thinking about it- do it!

No , Vivace only injects RF at the dermal layer and will not create fat loss in the face or body. The thermal spot size (area of heat) has been studied. For the most part I hear this from Plastics who are concerned with an idea they do not fully understand.

I had rf microneedling done a year ago and I dont know if it was done wrong but my face and neck actually look much worse and I have fine lines I never had before and where I had acne scars they are deeper. I thought there were minimal risks and that it couldn't hurt but I obviously made the wrong decision.

@@micheleosmakaesthetics2646 while I was getting the micro needle they came in and said they wanted to use co2 laser on my face afterwards (for free). I was happy to get any treatment like that for free because I have acne scars. It could have been the laser or rf. While the finer texture was improved in some areas I experienced volume loss where I had non previously.
