Correction 4:32 whitney's green notes here are resonant except from the last F#5 which was accompanied with a little bit of throatiness 1:58 this D5 from Celine sounds like throaty/raspy but it also may be due to her microphone 4:42 that's a resonant F5 from Sonnet but it's not really optimal compared to her amazing F5 in "Lost love" 6:13 Celine's G5 is relaxed but lacks of necessary weight to be considered as supported note

Celine never really had good openness above D5. Sonnet's F5 had strong support, vibrato and amplified volume too 2:37 a bit of constriction & slightly whiny despite of good support

Coz Sonnet doesn't have bad moments below F5 while the trinity has. I just use 1 bad clips for MC, 3 for CD and WH, I also pick 2 bad clips for Sonnet too

I have to agree to disagree XD, I think all the notes in here are very well supported, is a misconception on people that singing throaty, or high larynx happens when there's no support, actually they need a better knowledge of the voice to do, and not only support, but also a good placement, or they would go off key. Btw that Mariah G5 is a sharp F#5, a lot of people use it on their videos for some reason :p

Only people with very good ear training knows what the singer is doing, and knowing what the singer is doing and replicating it with your voice, also means that singing in a way its a style. Sounding appealing its another thing.

The fact that you made this video just because I rightfully showed that The Vocal Trinity is better than Son Seung (and proceeded to pick notes from them when they aren't at their best yet picked the best notes from Son Seung) says it all. She's good, they are better.

Oh I’m not a fan of SSY but If I didn’t know all of them including the vocal trinity, I would definitely pick her first or second bc her belting is just too strong. For me it’s Whitney=SSY>Mariah>Celine. Lol both Mariah Carey and Celine are inconsistent above Eb5 so how can they compete with SSY who can manage up to F5? Not mention to the fact that Mariah cannot sustain high belts

"Mariah Carey and Celine Dion are inconsistent above Eb5" So false that it's is laughable. Now sure, but if we are talking about their actual primes. Mariah was consistent to F#5s and Celine was consistent to F5s. If you have to go through all of their videos and count before it clicks to you, then do so. 4. Mariah cannot sustain high belts due to vocal damage and even then she's able to actually belt higher than Son Seung with more quality and without all that nasality.
