I have been watching the voice since day 1 and it is mind blowing the type of talent I have seen and heard on this show. Wow. Wow Wow. In the 20 seasons- there has been a lot to take in, with a host of amazing voices and personalities, lots of stories, struggles etc. Not to mention the string of fabulous coaches, mentors, mega mentors. For me, my 2 favorites have always been and will always be, Blake Shelton and Carson Daly. Chances of every meeting them are slim unless they visit SL :-) but never say never.. I am a huge fan of Kelly C, John Legend and Shakira as human beings and musicians. All the coaches are all great legends and it is nice to see a different side of them. Thank you to John De Mol for coming up with this brilliant idea of giving people the opportunity to come forward with their amazing singing talent where they are initially judged strictly on their voice (hence the blind auditions). Yes there are other talent shows but I am still an ardent fan of The Voice, a lot of credit goes to Blake....who throws in that added entertainment :-D I have been taking care of my mum (who is a bed patient for 12 yrs recovering from extensive brain injury) and I have been, pretty much, house bound, as I gave up working to take care of her full time. The voice USA is one show that has gotten me through these years in terms of entertainment and pure enjoyment. I look forward to each season with such anticipation. I love music (one of the greatest gifts from GOD), I like to sing and when I hear all the renditions of various songs/various genres and the GOD given talents that so many of the contestants are blessed with, I cannot help but be envious of how brilliantly talented they all are. Not many get to enjoy that gift of a gorgeous voice and music is one thing that connects people all over the world. Embrace that gift and thank GOD for it. Some voices that really stand out for me are like Sisaundra Lewis, Jordan Smith, Raelynn, Jermaine Paul, Tessanne Chin, Sundance Head, and so many more. It has been a buffet of phenomenal voices which have been powerful and heart rending and there have been a few times when I have been blown away and in tears. The Voice also opens one's eyes to a lots of struggles and tough situations - personal, professional, medical that many of these talents people face. Yet, the greatest gift - music, helps them to overcome and forge ahead. There cannot be enough said about how enjoyable The Voice has been over the years for me. Thank you

My dad to me: i expect you to be on the voice or agt in 2 or 3 years youre that good. Also my dad: doesn't give me any time to practice, telling me to shut up cause i'm singing too loud. I get maybe at the most 30 minutes to practice at night. but hey i got kelly's song love so soft down, with months and months or 10 to 30 minutes a day. Now if only i could start on emotions. What I love about this show is that these are coaches not just judges.. they're there to help these contestants and form bonds with them. Also the coaches know how to have fun and don't take themselves too seriously. It makes it more enjoyable to watch over other talent shows..
