Yes, she could have, but it's good to keep in mind, too, that she was probably deeply hurt and saddened that she may not have been thinking straight. Thus, I don't think we should fault her for this or assume that she did that out of ill-will towards her. I mean, who knows, maybe she congratulated her after the show. In any case, Sr. sang very well and I think deserved to win as well! :)

Both are extremely good, but I definitely choose Suor Cristina, because she really has smth that lacks Benedetta and many other contestants. This is individuality. Forget about her clothes, close your eyes and listen. Her singing is sincere and intimate, she enjoys the process of singing itself. She doesn't performing, she lives with every note and word. Her voice is not so steel-strong as Benedetta's, but this is the only component where Benedetta beats Suor Cristina (and by the way do we need to judge only by decibels?), but she feels the vibe, the music, all these crescendo and diminuendo and her performance of this song was very versatile: delicate and strong, she convinced me. Benedetta's singing is more straight and cold - she is pretty good in technique (bit not excellent, frankly) and performing om stage, but this is uninteresting. She is just one of many, many other good voices. That's why J-Ax've chosen Suor Cristina. Look at him: her singing makes him feel happy, it definitely "lifts his spirit, makes it fly" (c) #PoetsOfTheFall She is a spiritual and gentle singer. She is a good musician, and a really good musician evokes positive emotion and brings light and love into life. Just my 5 cents on topic.

And, watching the other 2 of her performances, she does whatever she wants with her voice. Watching her performances of "Senza La Tua Voce," it seems like she doesn't sing the same song the same way twice. Distinctly different each time. She's in the moment in her performances, and I'm right there in that same moment with her each time. I'm hoping that magic isn't "coached" out of her for mainstreaming's sake. I am eager to learn Italian because of her. I examine myself in God's wake more closely because of her. The experience of her is phenomenal for me, and I thank The Father for that.

GWEN Payne She is definitely well-taught, but a good training is just a base. Being a good-trained singer gives her possibility to vary smth while singing. Her voice itself is light and flexible, and timbre is really special: without vibrato she hits the focus of every note. These are her natural qualities. Someone may like it or not, but she do has her own recognizable style. Not to mention her stunning charisma - imo, only Gianna Chilla is comparable. But only Suor Cristina spreads such joy and energy.

Really, Benedetta seemed really hard when she reached the higher note, and her higher voice made my ears a little bit hurt. Meanwhile, it seemed easier and smoother of suor Cristina reaching the highest ever note, her voice is really thick and fulled of energy, i felt like i can burst out tears when she came into the peak of the song, not mention she can touch any heart in the world by her enthusiasm in singing without thinking of winning :) Beside, this song really very fitted sr Cristina, and i believe Mariah Carey would love her performace :) This round she's a real diva to me :) Always by #TeamJ -ax side

soy fan de Sor Cristina por su talento y coraje porque no debe ser para nada fácil salir de un convento o de la vida de monja y presentarse a un concurso de televisión; ahora, en cuanto a su presentación, hay canciones que la favorecen más para lucir su voz y otras no la favorecen tanto, en este caso pienso que le faltó lucir su talento y siento y sé que puede dar más, espero que para la próxima presentación "mate", no quiero que la blinden por ser monja, ella merece estar ahí porque tiene talento, no necesita ayuda de nadie asi que esperando la próxima presentación de Sor Cristina y que arrase, grande Sor Cristina!!

I really think that the fact that she can't wear fashion cloths ,dresses or any thing else even make it a disadvantage to sour cristina I can think how she will look with a good dress so I guess just keep judging by the VOICE RIGHT ? Totally agree. The habit may have helped her in the Blind. But in Flashdance, I kept wishing she had a different dress, the chorus looked so colorful! The monotony of having to wear the same dress every day. , , I can't imagine having to give up fashion. And looking the same in video after video disadvantages her competitively. She looks so sweet in her grey sweaters. Perhaps when summer comes she can wear a white dress! It would help her feel cooler, too.

I love this music "Chain of fools", mostly with The Commitments. And the girl sang it amazing, but a little too hard, she seems exploding her veins and she wobbles in high tones. Also Sister was not in her best day as before, but keeps regularity in singing. And she filled the stage with her carisma, this rules. The judges are gossebumped (also me, and eyes drenched, every time I watch it again). Sorela! Sorela!

Although Benedetta did a great job, Sister Christina was better, though not quite as good as her last two performances. Go Sister Christina!!!! Chain of Fools is not a good choice for a singer unless that person can really belt it out. Much different than a ballad, which does require a good range.
