This is one of my all-time favorite songs. I'm from the US and I was searching for it by name and this popped up. "wow" is all I have to say. It was originally sung by Keith Whitley. What an emotional song. I'm glad people are hearing it again.

Here in the US, Mike Ward would be a really big hit. He's real and sincere, and he has a great voice to US ears. Picking Up the Pieces sounded country to me, and all the other songs he sang were US songs. He even did a dynamite Suspicious Minds, which ain't easy to do when you are singing a signature Elvis Presley signature song. Mike Ward is star quality and looks and sounds it.

How have I not heard of Mike Ward before? I am a huge Keith Whitley fan and he really did Keith's memory proud. Brilliant! He would be loved and adored here in the U.S. by country fans.
