I love Negan’s reminding of Maggie that he knows theatrics and that they showed just how insane they are and that staying on any road is a shit plan because they could be on all of them because that’s exactly what he and the Saviors did to them before we lost Abraham and Glenn Negan and Maggie’s storyline has been the best part of this Season so far and Gabriel’s descent into darkness is also amazing.

The scene of Negan pulling Maggie away reminded me so much of the scene under the tree after Rick decided to savage Negan when Maggie had to be held back.

Fun Fact: With the exception of the Wolves and the cops at the hospital Daryl has been either captured by or has joined up with every major group of antagonists in the show The Governor captured him in Woodbury he was part of the Claimers briefly he was captured by the cannibals then again by the Saviors then he was captured by the Whisperers briefly and now again by the Reapers The poor guy has terrible luck.

Pope killed that guy at the end because he was scared and turned his back away from fighting for his brother And the actual test Daryl passed is the fact that he saved Leah before himself proving Pope that Daryl fight for who he cares.

Angela Kang must have been playing the long game and I’m kind of glad that Leah is back because I know that with the standalone episodes a lot of people thought the Daryl episode was a bit of a throwaway and a waste of time.

I didn’t realize until I rewatched the episode but this is the first episode in the entire series to have no Walkers in it whatsoever There was the one that Daryl was gutting but that was already dead so it doesn’t count This is the first episode where there are no living Walkers at all.

The thing is Leah doesn’t know Daryl half as much as she thinks she does She doesn’t know how deep his feelings for his family goes She knew him only in isolation at the cabin and she knows he was looking for his friend and refuse to give it up She hasn’t really seen him go against anyone other than walkers So all what Leah knows and what Pope and the other Reapers think there is to Daryl is that he’s in love with Leah and so they want to use that They don’t know the intelligence and fierceness behind the deceptively simple man They think he saved Leah because he loves her but he saved Leah because that’s who he is.

Amazing Episode This isn’t the first time we’ve seen a leader of a group kill one of there own especially with being thrown into the fire Negan at the Sanctuary threw that one doctor guy into the furnace fire after Dwight got him into trouble with that letter he made for his lover Sherry when he got that doctor in trouble instead Great reactions as always AJ Gori And Prophet.

Saying Maggie needs to get over the Negan situation is basically like saying she needs to get over Glenn’s death. As if Negan didn’t BRUTALLY K*LL her Husband right in front of her while she was pregnant! No she shouldn’t kill him, no she doesn’t have to forgive him, but they can co-exist. Maggie left at around the time when it was a sure thing that Negan would be locked up forever. She comes back & that’s not the case. She’s upset about hilltop because that was Her HOME! There was literally a drawing of Glenn hanging in her office. Negan did what needed to be done. He’s a great asset. I get that. But, at the same time she has a right to feel that way she does. I’m pretty sure most of you wouldn’t just “Get Over” someone brutally k*lling your partner.. & that person being the reason your child grows up without the other parent. Maggie is in the right with her feelings! & NO.. She doesn’t have to forgive him!!! But, Negan also deserves to be part of the group. He helped & earned his spot.

@ did we watch the same show? Cause that’s literally a LIE. At this moment in the show.. Hershel doesn’t even know that Negan killed his Father. So what you’re saying makes NO SENSE!! & no she doesn’t have to get over it.. or forgive him. But, killing him would be dumb.. she had her chance!

In their show she actually trying to get her son back, because the people who took him WANTS NEGAN or whatever just for that to happen. She already told NEGAN why she can’t actually forgive him, but she’s trying. You may need to go do a rewatch!!! Cause.. what are you talking about?

Im not sure if i speak for a lot of people , but me personally , these villain’s like Pope who use God as excuse for the evil that they do , i dont find them intresting at all. I mean , i honestly was really annoyed by Pope , and not in a good way , he was such a trash villain , one of the worst villain’s in The Walking Dead , he wasnt intresting at all , he just kept saying God this , God that , blah blah , like we get it dude , we get it , your crazy , no need to make excuses like your just doing what God want’s. I really miss the time when The Governor , Gareth , Joe , Alpha and Beta were around , they were goated villain’s.

He definitely wasn't one of the worst Villains. The Reapers in general are massively underrated. Everyone just considers them trash because they aren't the Commonwealth. When they were the longest-lasting villain group aside from the main ones like The Saviors, Whisperers and Governor. They're far more fleshed out and interesting than The Wolves, or The Claimers, or The hospital people. Like what was wrong with Pope? He's an Afghanistan Veteran who thinks he's connected to God. Why is that any worse than the wolves? Who thought they were wolves. 😭😭 and just killed for no reason.

Trash and bad written villain at it’s finest , just like Dawn from season 5. Lance and Pamela werent that good either , they arent to The Governor’s and The Whisperer’s level.

I agree with you but the reason I believe they don’t do that anymore is because they don’t want to keep milking the same villain backstories. They want something new whether trash or not everyone gets to have a view on different evil groups. If we keep doing BIG groups that take seasons to destroy people will leave because of how long it takes. If I remember correctly a big chunk of fans stopped watching when Glenn died
