I feel like the saddest part is Tara and Enid were the last few ones that Glenn brought into the group. They both embodied what Glenn always stood for. Now that they've died it truly feels like Glenn and his legacy are gone forever, with the exception of Maggie who's still missing.

I feel beyond sad for Henry... I mean yes a lot of people probably thought he was kind of annoying at some points, but he is a kid just turning into a teen so what do you expect. He was young and sometimes stupid, but he had a kind soul and always wanted the best for not only Lydia but for his friends and family as well! He did so much good and had such courage, no one can say he wasn't being a brave kid. He was just about to experience his first actual relationship with this girl he literally just risked everything to get. And Lydia had just started to open up to him. He was about to experience love for the first time and how great it feels. In my opinion Henry was a great character and did what most kids/teenagers his age would do. I was shocked when I saw his head on that pike tbh. If they didn't kill him off I think he would be a good character to watch as he got older. I think he would turn into a real badass, especially with the skills he had developed with that staff/stick! Anyways... RIP Henry.

I think most sadness about Henry is bc of Carol. She just lost another kid! I think losing Henry will hurt her more than if it had been Ezekiel. And it also hurts Lydia ...if it weren’t for Henry, Lydia would t have left. So killing Henry made it much more personal to Alpha.

Melissa McBride's acting was so amazing in this scene because you'd expect them to fall to the ground and start like screaming and sobbing but her grief was obvious and kind of like 'not again please no this isn't happening' and God it was so heart wrenching and Norman was great too... as sad as it was to lose all these characters, the Henry moment was it. Kinda annoying for big Enid and Tara fans cause they deserved more but I thought this scene was magic.

Lydia said she caused Henry that Alpha killed and she wanted to committee suicide. She felt guilty herself. I fully agree that they had a hard on for killing off the future. That's honestly what caused the shows downfall in general. There's literally no younger cast outside of Judith to look forward to. I'm still skeptical about letting Negan out of his cell. There's still a high risk in doing so, but if he can take down Alpha and the Whisperers, then by all means let him loose cause she's got to go. I just hope they don't live to regret that decision.

It should have been Rosita instead of Tara. It should have been Ezekiel instead of Henry! Now that Henry is gone, what was the point of Lydia's storyline? They should have been the future of the Kingdom, now he's dead and she's... what? Going to become a tracker with Daryl? Angela Kang has been a great showrunner thus far... so I'm willing to wait until the Season finale until I really become irritated. Perhaps it's part of a plan that will really Wow/Shock us. But if it doesn't, then I think the Legendary Pike scene from the comics will have been wasted on too many B-level characters... and you only get one chance to do the Pike scene... (SIIIIIIGH...)

Idk how you think Rosita is a bigger death than Tara. I honestly am tired of Rosita anyway, so I wouldn’t have cared if she died. Tara on the other hand was coming into her own and finally got a chance to be the leader of Hilltop. And Ezekiel and Henry to me are equal in importance. They both would effect Carol and push The Kingdom in a new direction.
