I'd say Season 8 was by far his worst... I really like him in S4-S6, and then 9-10-11 + his own series. (7 and 8, they really brought down his dialogue, then Kang made him interesting again)

Every thing that Norman Reedus does as Daryl on ether the main walking dead or The Walking dead Daryl Dixon is amazing even though I was upset with him for quite a white for punching Negan in the face and causing Glenn's death in the season 7 premiere but I will say anything that Norman Reedus does as Daryl Is amazing

Solid list! Daryl really grew alot throughout the series and his relationship with Rick really played a big part into the man he came to be compared to how he was in season 1

I kinda agree with you about the whole 9A thing... but his dialogue with Rick in 9x4 was a really great exchange. It definitely didn't bring down his character for that season imo. It's still one of his best with 9B.

My personal ranking from worst to best : Season 8. Season 11. Season 10 Season 6. Season 7. ( yes he got Glenn killed but everything else was really good and it seemed to be a character lesson for daryl where he learned to stop being so impulsive until season 8 came around and doubled down on his reckless behaviour) Season 9 Season 5. Season 1. Season 3. Season 4. Season 2.
