I prefer the TV version of this arc over the Comic. The Carol chameleon act, her stealing the weapons, the whole Anderson family drama / plotline with her, Carol threatening Porch Dick, commanding Rick to go for the kill & finish him, twice I might add (one in 5X14 & one in 5x16 ) and her refusing to fully trust everyone in her original group ( by not disclosing her backup plan with Rick & Daryl to them ) I probably forgot to mention other major plotlines that may also help my case, but these are most of what I could remember at the moment. It honestly felt more genuine & was much better done overall.

Gabriel Atz I think Carol is a mix of both, same goes for MIchonne. Also Sasha, but Sasha resembles Andrea more than she does resemble Michonne & she recently took on Holly's role.
