@@clevelandbci9562 Nope, My friend is a Cop, and took Criminal Justice courses, their they taught him that everyone is considered a criminal until you find evidence that their not. This is completely the opposite of the code they say cops are supposed to follow. Watch Audit the Audit, It shows you that majority of cops think your guilty even if their wrong on what they saw, and the only ones they don't feel are guilty are other cops. Also in this episode if Rick assumed that these guys were innocent until proven guilty they would have gotten the upper hand. Honestly accurate representation of cops.

In one interview, Kirkman said it was somewhat justifiable because he was slow, but he didn't say they both would've died if he hadn't shot Otis. And what Shane did was ruthless and disgusting, even if Otis wasn't fast enough, he could've just kept running, instead of giving him the inevitable fate of getting eaten alive.

Rick’s police training definitely showed here He recognized very quickly that Tony was looking to Dave for signals on what to do indicating that they have a system in place and have done this little game before When Tony walks over to take a piss That was clearly getting himself into a strategical position Then Dave also got up and positioned himself directly on the other side of Rick putting him directly between the 2 At that moment Rick went into prepared mode and was ready to draw at a split seconds notice Tony and Dave had sized up the 3 of them and assessed Rick as the only real threat they knew if they took him out the other 2 would not put up a fight But again Rick saw that and stayed ready even after Dave tried to lure him into a false sense of security by putting his gun on the bar When he lunged for it Rick fired a shot before Dave was even able to raise the gun Then just as impressively was able to be calm and cool enough to keep in the back of his head exactly where the other guy was to turn completely around and shoot him multiple times before he could even react to his friend being taken out. Absolute moment of badassery from Rick Now Hershel has a reason to let Rick stay He made it clear that he can read people and situations with deadly accuracy and that he will help keep Hershel’s family safe from the threat that is just as dangerous if not more so than walkers.

Don't forget Rick would glance at the mirror behind the bar to see what the guy behind him was doing. "I would let them in" then you would have been killed because it's obvious that they were going to kill the group to take over the farm (farms have become even more valuable in the apocalypse). Even if you couldn't tell that they've done this before, you CAN tell that they were being shady and likely had been observing the group based on how he said "ya have a farm".

not sure how against spoilers you are, not sure if you even classify it as a spoiler but imho season 2 and season 8 are the 2 worst seasons of the show so far, so if you get through this season liking the show it only goes up from here...

Season 2 is crucial to the show because of what happens at the end, and for all the character development that happens with the central characters. Season 2 is when Rick establishes himself fully.

I am not saying its bad like 8 was but it was too slow paced... also I really didn't like the resolution to Sophia... and Jimmy Dean Bowl, I am like 95% of people now a days a big game of thrones fan... so I have learned to look past bad acting at this point...

@@frankloren6906 It is a little slow, but that honestly didn't bother me at the time. I think if you pace things too quickly, some stuff doesn't really sink in. I think season two does a masterful job at laying down the themes and the characters, and if the writers hadn't taken their time with it, I don't think the show would have made sense later down the line.
