Bad example. As a musician, I'm constantly listening to what I've made, enjoying it, learning from it, improving it, and loving it some more. This is an entirely different case. This isn't a piece of work he's personally created on his own. This is an acting JOB that he's paid to do, and while he probably enjoys it, he never wrote the script, and didn't sculpt it himself.

It's very hard for actors to watch themselves in their own work because they are always going to be super critical and not believe they did a good job which can affect their performance. Their own negative bias is impossible to overcome because all they will see are all the little things they did wrong or think they could have done better.
