The 1916 design changes made the half dollar, quarter and dime were some of the most beautiful designs the US has ever produced. I appreciate learning some more of the history behind this beautiful coin. Thanks, TB!

The "dateless" standing liberty quarter is my favorite coin to stack. Cheap as you can get. I even found a 1916 with a partial date in a roll I bought from Apmex. You can even use silver detecting acid to restore the dates on many of them. I have found all dates in "junk rolls except two, the 23-s and the 18over17.

@@TalkingBullion old coins are fun. I've got a few but ain't worth much. Collectors want proof sets. Uncirculated coins. Old worn coins are just fun.

Of course I love this design. I have a monster box full with one half the design. I wish the ASE had the reverse as well.

Those are my second favorite after mercs. I'm not going to disclose the amount of Mercs and Walking Liberties I have but it's enough to make Long John Silver blush. Lol.

was my favorite to stack for many years until 90% premiums went through the roof. halves were my favorite and walkers were my go to
@TalkingBullion2 жыл бұрын
It is a shame that 90% has gotten up so high. Glad I bought it when I did. However, IF it ever comes back down again, I plan to buy more 🤓 Thanks for watching Silas!

I like all junk especially quarters. I hear the Benjamin's where melted down at a higher rate than the walkers.
@TalkingBullion2 жыл бұрын
Yeah, the Benji's were...I recently did a video on that! Thanks SB!

Walkers, standing liberty quarters, mercury dimes. I always have a roll of walkers that are uncirculated because they are stunning in BU. I have about 1 roll of BU mercs, and only 3 BU SLQs because they are so rare and expensive. Lots of junk everything though.
@TalkingBullion2 жыл бұрын
Wow sounds like you’ve got some nice BU coins there! I have a few but not many. I bet they’re nice 🤓
@bobsilver3983 Жыл бұрын
Most of the time they are slicked out, but last time I was at my LCS I got some good ones. Next is Franklins, then 64 JFK's, then mercs.

I love the walker but only in a higher grades. They don't need to be graded. But they need to have eye appeal.
@TalkingBullion2 жыл бұрын
Yeah I love the higher grades as well but they will cost you! Thanks for watching SF!
